Meet our Executive Team

Dr Vinodh Rajeswaran – Chief Executive Officer

Dr Vinodh (Vin) Rajeswaran is a passionate and highly skilled CEO and Vice President of the Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA). As the co-founder of FNQH Skin Cancer Centres and FNQH Pathology, he is passionate about offering high-quality, innovative technology to improve patients’ lives.

He brings to GDPath a breadth of experience working across the health sector, Vin has developed a deep understanding of healthcare across multiple geographies and specialises in rural Australia. He advocates delivering diagnostic excellence through technology to improve and accelerate progress in pathology services for all Australians.

Vin’s many accomplishments include driving the transformation by creating one of Australia’s largest skin cancer clinics and training centres, and he is tirelessly committed to Melanoma research. Vin is a skin cancer powerhouse, and at the core of his passion is providing accessible and affordable treatment to all Australians to help stop the melanoma growth rate.

Dr Fiona Makowski – Anatomic Pathologist

Dr Fiona Makowski is an experienced Anatomic Pathologist with a special interest in skin cancer pathology. She is a medical graduate from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK and subsequently spent time as a surgical trainee, becoming a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh). When a career in pathology beckoned, Fiona went on to complete her pathology training within the NHS in the UK before emigrating to Australia. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists in the UK and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.

Following her relocation to this hemisphere, Fiona spent several years working in a specialised skin cancer laboratory in Sydney before working at the Royal Hobart Hospital in Tasmania. In 2022, having worked in a variety of laboratories in both the public and private sectors in the UK and Australia, she jumped at the opportunity to use this experience to be part of the Executive Team making up GDPath. 

She is committed to growing GDPath and extending the reach of its advanced technology to provide accurate and timely results which facilitate excellent patient care.

Glenn Makowski – Chief Technology and Information Officer

Glenn is a dynamic force in the technology, security, and unified communications industry, boasting over 20 years of experience. His journey has seen him partner with global giants and nurture startups, always driven by a passion for delivering world-class solutions. Glenn’s authenticity and dedication truly set him apart from the typical CTO and CIO.

Glenn has held senior roles with major global companies across multiple continents throughout his career. His hands-on expertise and deep understanding of technical solutions have made him a sought-after consultant for digital transformation projects and local government healthcare.

Glenn brings extensive expertise in strategy development, technological roadmaps, and leadership. He is dedicated to improving healthcare technology solutions and services, focusing on robust cyber defences to protect patient data. Beyond his professional achievements, Glenn’s passion for giving back shines through. He actively supports community organisations and takes pride in mentoring aspiring professionals. Above all, Glenn is committed to delivering innovative and top-tier healthcare services to Australia.

Tarlia Rajeswaran – Chief Financial Officer

Tarlia is passionate about high-quality, affordable skin cancer care, champions corporate and social responsibility, supports local businesses, and promotes eco-friendly practices. In addition to her role as CFO, Tarlia offers consultancy services to empower practitioners with digital innovation in their laboratories or skin cancer clinics.

Before co-founding FNQH Pathology and GDPath, Tarlia was a respected registered nurse with a relentless drive for excellence. Her dedication to her field earned her the prestigious 2019 Cairns Business Women’s Club Business Woman of the Year award, and she was a finalist in the 2022 Small Business Women’s Championship Awards.

Tarlia is a staunch advocate for women in business and is deeply committed to her community in regional Australia. She tirelessly works to bring medical advancements and innovative care to patients who otherwise would not have access to these big-city resources.

Sarah Sharpe – Group Program Director

Sarah is an exceptional leader who strategically oversees the management and implementation of our programs. With a contemporary flair for project management and business operations, Sarah ensures that GDPath consistently delivers service excellence.

With over 20 years in senior government positions, Sarah is an expert in business transformation, management, and interdisciplinary projects, equipped to tackle complex challenges and drive impactful change.

Sarah’s dynamic and visionary leadership, coupled with the expertise of our dedicated team, empowers GDPath to provide innovative solutions and services tailored to our community of patients and practitioners. Under her guidance, we are continually driven towards success and achieving meaningful benefits.

One of her many career achievements is working as a social worker across government and private sector. She is passionate about digital transformation that focuses on the needs of patients and practitioners, aiming to improve the experience for everyone involved.
